PanelRegression.get_plot_data

PanelRegression.get_plot_data(*, group='posterior')

Get plot data with expected values from the requested draw group.

Bayesian models additionally return y_fitted_lower / y_fitted_upper 95% credible-interval columns.

Parameters:

group (Literal['prior', 'posterior']) – Draw group used for expected outcomes and credible intervals.

Returns:

DataFrame with fitted values (and credible intervals when the model carries draws).

Return type:

pd.DataFrame

Raises:

GroupNotSampledException – If the requested draw group has not been sampled.
